This paper presents a systematic methodology for modeling and analysis of Material removal rate of micro wire EDM process using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The factors of micro WEDM process are voltage, capacitance and feed rate. The machining performance of material removal rate is response variable investigated. Experimental work carried out on metal matrix composite (LM 6- B4C /9%) with zinc coated copper wire by a standard RSM design called a Central Composite Design (CCD). To analysis the proposed second order mathematical model for material removal rate using CCD for estimating the model coefficients of three factors and it has found that influences the MRR in micro WEDM process. Based on ANOVA, the voltage, feed rate and capacitance significant effect on the MRR.Keywords

Objectives: A privacy-preserving mechanism for public auditing of shared data in cloud storage has been proposed. This boosts up the effectiveness of the verification task which is meant for auditing multiple tasks. It also reduces the response time and auditing time and thereby improves data integrity. Methods/Analysis: A privacy preserving methodology has been proposed which sustains the social interaction and examination on the data which is being mutually shared across the cloud. In scrupulous, ring signatures have been utilized to enhance the verifiability of the computed metadata and to improve the accuracy of the group data analysis. The proposed system maintains the secrecy of the mutual data. The confidentiality of the specific user in the group is ensured by data filtering mechanism. This mechanism masks the user’s private data from being accessed publicly across the cloud. The proposed system also supports multi-group audits simultaneously. Findings: A distinct privacy preserving mechanism is rarely available in the cloud storage especially for shared data. Also the personal information should not be disturbed by public verifiers. The ring mechanism shares only the verified information instead of sharing the entire file. This improves the integrity of the confidential data. The mechanism boosts the potency of substantive multi-group analysis to support the entire data cluster. This improvises the real time cloud data distribution. The identity of the signer is traceable by the group owner. Novelty/Improvement: Only registered users can login to the cloud. This prevents the unauthorized access to the cloud. Data is secured during cloud upload. Other users in the group have no permission to modify the data. Except the signer other users have got read-only permission.Keywords

Objective: The tremendous growth in volume of data is increasing the complexity of data handling. The existing content based search is not only complex and expensive, but also leads to poor processing and unacceptable latency for massive amount of data. Data accessed from large dataset using existing approach will slow down the query response rate. High resource cost is the severe performance bottleneck caused by query operations. The semantic based search can be carried out on the data, In order to reduce the complexity in data handling. The proposed method uses Resource Description Framework (RDF) with Ontology Web Language (OWL). Thus the RDF is used for non domain based search and OWL is used for domain based search. The non domain based search provides the composition of best data services from master RDF. The triplets from different RDF are combined to form master RDF. And the domain based search is one which provides recommendations for the user based on their search query. The main objective of this approach is to provide semantic search using RDF and recommendation using OWL. The search result will be the high similarity result sets as the method uses the combinational RDF to form large master RDF. Statistical Analysis/Methods: The user is provided with two methods of searching which is domain based search and non domain based search. The domain based search is one which provides recommendation for the user based on the search query. And the non domain based search originates the data services from master RDF. Agriculture data set is chosen as a sample data set for domain based search which can be extended further for any other domain. The web services which contain general information about the world and also related web services is chosen as a data set for non domain based search. Findings: The statistical analysis of ontology based semantic search with keyword based search produced the precision value of 0.8 out of 1.0 using the search results obtained from both semantic search and keyword based search. Applications/Improvements: The application can be further improved by adding realistic data sets and increasing the size of the database. The domain based approach is not restricted only to agriculture but it can also be extended to some other applications like Health care, pattern recognition and so on.Keywords

Picture enhancement may be obtained in many ways; histogram equalization is one of the most important and broadly used techniques of image enhancement. It complements the picture by using remapping the original pixel in to the uniform level. It complements a photograph in a great manner however it produces the noise amplification effect and over and below enhancement effect. The drawbacks can be removed via a brand new technique LL Band evaluation enhancement the use of adaptive gamma correction. The enhancement is obtained with the aid of Adaptive Gamma Correction of LL Band. The proposed method gives the higher enhancement it additionally preserves the brightness of the image. Micro-machining is the most basic technology for the production of miniaturized parts with micron level dimensions. One type of tool based micromachining technology is micro turning. It is a conventional metal removal mechanism that has been miniaturized. Surface roughness plays an important role in product quality in producing of micron scale structures and components. In this paper, the effect and prediction of machining parameters on surface roughness in a micro turning operation on Aluminium was investigated by using the multiple Regression modeling concepts. In the micro-turning process, cutting conditions determine the time and cost of production which ultimately affect the quality of the final product. Super abrasive grinding is a development in the precision grinding technology for producing high surface finish on the surfaces. Cooling and lubrication are especially important to ensure workpiece quality because of high friction and intense heat generation involved in the process. Conventionally, liquid coolants in flood form are employed in grinding. The large contact area between the wheel and workpiece causes as tiff boundary layer around the periphery, which restricts the flow of fresh cutting fluids in the grinding zone. Hence, the usage of fluid coolant is in effective. Minimization and possibly the elimination of fluid coolants can be done by substituting their functions through the use of solid lubricants. In this work, the possibility of using Molybdenum-di-Sulphide as a lubricating medium to reduce the heat generated at the grinding zone is investigated by the use of an experimental setup in the surface grinding machine. The study of effect of wheel parameters and grinding parameters on surface roughness, surface damage, specific energy and grinding forces are analyzed and the results are compared with the results obtained in the dry grinding.- Finite Element Analysis of Parts Fabricated by FDM

The high degree of automation of layered manufacturing process and its ability to create geometrically complex parts to precise dimensions provide it with a unique potential for low volume production of rapid tooling and functional components. As the rapid prototyping going towards rapid manufacturing in recent days, strength becomes the main factor which affected by many process parameters. In this study, stress analysis has been done on FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) parts mesostructure by finite element method. In this Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models were designed with different mesostructural process parameters like road width, air gap and slice thickness, on this a linear orthotropic analysis was done to know the effect of each parameter on stress distribution. FEA results were compared with experimental yield strength results and they have better agreement with experimental results in knowing the effect of each parameter on strength.- Modeling of RP-FDM Using Response Surface Methodology to Predict the Influence of Process Parameters on Porosity

Rapid Prototyping (RP) is a class of emerging technologies in which three-dimensional parts are built directly from computer solid models without going through traditional manufacturing steps such as process planning, tool manufacturing etc. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), a type of Rapid Prototyping technique is a complex technology Involving many different process parameters. These parameters have great influence on the quality of parts. The porosity of a part has a great effect on the functionality of parts. In this paper a mathematical model has been developed using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and regression analysis to predict the influence of various process parameters on the porosity of the parts produced by FDM technique. The effect of input parameters such as slice thickness, road width, and model temperature and air gap on porosity is investigated using this mathematical model. The experimental results are statistically analyzed to determine significant factors and their interactions. Conducting experiments using specific combination of the levels of the significant factors does validation. Experimental values and tests of hypothesis demonstrate that the model developed has a satisfactory goodness of fit.- Automated Nano-Technology Based Particulate Filters to a Clean Environment in Rooms of Biomedical Applications

The products or the process of production are highly sensitive to contamination on the environment. In this regard, manufacturing of semiconductors and their related application plays a major cause. The airborne concentration of particulates like chemical vapours or dust compounds can be found even an enclosed environment. This accounts for pollution in clean rooms for the purpose of biomedical applications. These rooms should be monitored highly and should be protected from harmful substances and contamination risks. In this paper, we clean the air that is entering the room that is filtered with nano-particle based filters to eliminate the dust. The air is recirculated via nano-particulate high efficiency particulate air filter. These filters connected with nano-materials absorbs the contaminants. The implantable particulate filters are the edges of the room enables a clean environment. The experimental testing is conducted using several nano-filters that is connected with power design circuits to automatically control the entire environment. The results achieved show that the presence of microbials in the room is cleaned effectively.Keywords

Cervical cancer is the biggest cause of death in the field of women gynaecology. Patient treatment outcomes are influenced by the stage and nodal status of their cancers as well as their tumour size and histological classes. In this paper, we develop a classification model using a state-of-art heuristic mechanism that enables the use of deep learning algorithm to classify the MRI image from the input cervical images. The classification is conducted with highly dense network that helps to reduce the errors during the testing process. The simulation is conducted in matlab to test the efficacy of the model and the results of simulation shows that the proposed method achieves higher grade of classification accuracy than the other existing methods.Keywords
